We happened to meet Brady and Lisa during an open-house of one of their listings. First-time home buyers, we showed up there, actively looking, but without an agent or even being pre-approved. We asked them what we needed in order to make an offer for the house - thinking that an email with a dollar amount was all we needed to start the process. Retrospectively, the fact that they did not laugh at our faces then, but instead helped us and walked us through the house-hunting process as if our budget was +$1M tells you everything you need to know about them.
